This work was prepared in three pieces. The owl and the branch were centrifugally cast and the baseplate was gravity cast into a plaster mould. The baseplate is about 8 cm in diameter. The whole work probably weighs about 300g. |

This is another cast from the same mould. The owl is about 3cm high and is solid. It was made during the production of larger piece above. It was centrifugally cast, but I would probably delft clay cast it if I made another. |
