A recent idea - I think it may need a pendant piece hanging from the small circle (watch the space below!). It's held together with magnets. |
A thin plain necklet rolled with angled rollers to give the curve - as below it needs to be adjusted to lie well. |

Slightly more chunky and safer should you have a pacemaker. |
Split choker with adjustable chain
Similar to the first piece but with scope for adjustment. Also the joining ring is textured - partly to force the arms to hinge from a fixed point. Another variant below. |
Split circle choker with coiled circle feature

This photo doesn't do justice to the shape ot the choker. To lie flat and fit comfortably, it needs to be customised to the recipient's neck in three dimensions. The lapis stone was supplied by the customer and the design allows the choker to be used with a piece of mounted coral they are fond of. |
Leopardskin rhyolite choker
A dramatic stone - leopardskin rhyolite - with a close fitting twisted wire neckpiece, shaped to lie comfortably on the neck - the recipient visited so that I could shape it precisely. |
